We specialize in Strength and Conditioning specifically geared towards competitive swimmers.  Our Dry-M program is the most scientifically designed program available for swimmers.  Our program includes the following for our clients:

 

1. Functional Evaluation - designed to prevent injury, improve weaknesses, balance flexibility, and prepare for performance training.

 

2. Nutritional Evaluation - full and detailed examination of the athlete's entire nutritional routine with recommendations and on-going planning.

 

3. Performance Training - the athlete will be properly and gradually moved towards performance based exercises after completing personalized baseline training incorporating the functional evaluation.

 

The ultimate goal of the training is to appropriately compliment swimming training.  This is something that a personal trainer without extensive knowledge of swimming can not do.
